Harvey Milk Vigil…From an iPhone
A handful of activists, friends, allies and supporters came together to honor slain LGBT icon and hero, Harvey Milk. November 27, 2009 marks the 31st anniversary of the day Milk, and Mayor George Moscone, were assassinated in San Francisco by Dan White.
Those in attendance shared their thoughts (video) on his legacy and the continued fight for LGBT equality not only in California, but across the nation and around the world.
