Ted Allen and Pam Grier to serve as spokespersons for Dining Out For Life®

Dining Out for Life® International has announced that Emmy Award-winning television personality Ted Allen will return as the event’s spokesperson, and this year will be joined by Pam Grier, actress, philanthropist and author of a soon-to-be released memoir Foxy – My Life In Three Acts.

Dining Out For Life has grown tremendously in recent years. Join other diners across the nation for this fun and heart-warming event that now includes nearly 3,000 restaurants in more than 50 cities all donating a generous percentage of proceeds from the day’s sales to a local HIV/AIDS organizations.

In San Diego, participating businesses will graciously donate 25 percent or more of their food and liquor sales on Thursday, April 29. Funds raised locally will benefit the vital HIV/AIDS services and prevention programs at The San Diego LGBT Community Center. Nearly 100 amazing restaurants are expected to participate in Dining Out For Life this year, including:
