Cheeses join the product range

Logika Moloka has started making Prostokvashino cheeses in Russia, Interfax reported on 7 October 2026. The company plans monthly output of up to thirty tonnes of semi-hard and one hundred tonnes of curd cheeses, targeting top-five and top-three positions respectively. Further types and flavours are planned.

The company put national cheese consumption growth at 43% in 2020–2025, exceeding one million tonnes in 2023, and 3.5% in first-half 2026. Chief executive Yakub Zakriev cited a forecast of another 40% growth by 2035.

The ice-cream acquisition

On 14 January 2026, Logika Moloka announced its purchase of the Polaris ice-cream factory in Novosibirsk. The company said the plant had made more than nineteen thousand tonnes in 2025, including retailers' own-label lines. Its refrigerated warehouse complex covered thirty-five thousand square metres. The range comprised over eighty ice-cream varieties, including Prostokvashino. The buyer planned further investment in capacity and jobs, retention of the existing management team and phased integration during 2026. It described the acquisition as part of its strategy to 2030, covering new markets and product categories.

Research announced in June

In its 8 June report on the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, the company described agreements with the Russian Academy of Sciences' Biotechnology research centre and the BioTech2030 association. These concerned biotechnology and microbiology initiatives for developing products with scientifically supported beneficial properties. The company announced planned research and development expenditure exceeding 1.5 billion rubles that year. It was completing a bio-centre in Chekhov, with work on domestic starter cultures among its tasks. Agreements with Plekhanov Russian University of Economics and Innopraktika covered joint educational programmes for dairy-industry and agricultural personnel.

Earlier export results

Board chairman Ruslan Alisultanov outlined the company's export business to Interfax at Gulfood in Dubai on 26 January. He reported 2025 export revenue of 3.5 billion rubles, up 14%, and shipments of 16,900 tonnes to twelve countries. About twenty tonnes went to the United Arab Emirates. Products included Prostokvashino milk, cream, cottage cheese and sour cream, plus Rastishka baby food. Alisultanov said the company was exploring further Middle Eastern markets, citing demand growth. He described participation at both Gulfood venues.

Half-year sales and product launches

A 16 July Interfax report recorded first-half revenue of 84.5 billion rubles, up 3.5%, and dairy-product sales of 510,000 tonnes, up 2.7%. The company reported launching more than twenty products in that period. Published category sales changes included:
