LSR reports 28.6 billion rubles of 2024 net profit

LSR's 2024 IFRS net profit rose 1% to 28.598 billion rubles. Revenue reached 239.227 billion, while prior reports detail housing sales and the Moscow land bank.

Annual financial results

LSR Group reported its 2024 IFRS results on 14 March 2025, according to Interfax. Net profit increased 1% to 28.598 billion rubles.

Property contracts reported in January

The 24 January 2025 report put 2024 contracted property sales at 163 billion rubles, down 24.5%. It sold 664,000 square metres, a 39.5% decline; mortgages were used in 69% of contracts. Saint Petersburg sales reached 52 billion rubles and 265,000 square metres, falling 54% and 60.3%. Moscow contracts totalled 102 billion rubles and 322,000 square metres, rising 16% and 11%. Yekaterinburg recorded nine billion rubles and 77,000 square metres, down 40% and 45%. Fourth-quarter sales were 48 billion rubles and 177,000 square metres, declining 32.4% and 45.4%.

Moscow land-bank transaction

Interfax reported on 10 January 2025 that LSR had acquired all of Kesko-Terminal, a Moscow cargo-handling company. The ownership change was entered in the corporate register on 28 December 2024. Its previous sole owner was director Evgeny Bidilo. LSR's press service described the purchase as part of its Moscow land-bank strategy and identified a building on Bolshaya Polyanka among the acquired company's assets. Transaction terms and development plans were not disclosed. Founded in 1993, LSR combines mineral extraction and processing, building-material production and transportation, construction, and management of commercial and sanatorium property.

First-half financial statement

The group's 28 August 2024 report covered January–June, with comparisons against the same six months of 2023. Revenue rose 13.8% to 85.147 billion rubles. Net profit reached 4.426 billion rubles, 2.6 times the prior-period figure, while adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation increased 3.3% to 20.294 billion rubles. Gross profit rose 15.1% to 32.690 billion rubles, and operating profit increased 37.9% to 17.697 billion rubles. These figures relate to the first half of the financial year.

Earlier annual comparison

For 2023, Interfax's 15 March 2024 account of LSR's IFRS statement recorded net profit of 28.343 billion rubles, a 2.1-fold increase. Revenue grew 69% to 236.197 billion rubles. Gross profit increased 59.8% to 94.903 billion rubles, while operating profit rose 81.8% to 62.535 billion rubles. Those growth rates compared 2023 with the preceding year.
