New workshop in Kommunar
Systeme Electric opened an air circuit breaker assembly workshop at its ElectroMonoblock factory in Kommunar, Russia, Delovoy Peterburg reported on 17 July 2026. The products serve industry, construction and critical infrastructure. Governor Alexander Drozdenko said localisation would exceed 70 per cent through Russian materials and components, shortening manufacturing times. The factory had operated for fifteen years, employed roughly one hundred people, and involved over one hundred suppliers.
The earlier product introduction
On 15 April 2024, Systeme Electric announced that its Innovation Summit in Moscow, running through 18 April, would present more than thirty new products. These included new air circuit breakers and the SystemeLogic X electronic controller. The programme included a session on industrial cooperation and factory quality standards. Chief executive Alexey Kashayev said products shown as prototypes the previous year were now available or ready for production. The summit also addressed research, development and localisation within the company's production network.
Production reported in 2024
The company's 25 December 2024 review said air circuit breaker production had already started at ElectroMonoblock. It reported sixty-one new products across the company and nine additions to the Russian industrial product register. These included SystemeLogic X, developed with Mechatronika and Kaspersky for low-voltage circuit breaker protection. The review also reported registration of Building Operation automation software, bringing the company's registered software solutions to five. These company-wide development figures preceded the new workshop announcement.
Published breaker specifications
The manufacturer's 2025 technical catalogue describes the air circuit breaker range:
- Rated currents up to 6,300 amperes across three frame sizes.
- Breaking capacity up to 150 kiloamperes.
- More than five thousand electrical operating cycles at rated load.
The catalogue describes acceptance testing for every product and unique serial numbers on the housing, packaging and product passport. Individual production records are retained throughout the product lifecycle, and operating documentation is provided in Russian. These are the manufacturer's published product specifications and quality procedures.
