The revised completion timetable

Ischebeck Titan's geotechnical production and warehouse complex in Dinskoy district, Russia, is due for completion in 2026, the regional industry ministry told RBC on 21 March 2025. The first building was built and entering commissioning; the second remained under construction. Planned products include:

The 2021 investment agreement

Kommersant's 6 July 2021 report recorded the construction agreement signed with Krasnodar territory at the Innoprom exhibition. Deputy governor Alexander Ruppel put planned investment in Ischebeck Titan's Dinskoy production and warehouse complex at 550 million roubles, with 50 jobs envisaged. The agreement formed part of the region's two-project package, alongside a glass plant in Armavir. Their combined investment was 850 million roubles and expected employment 130 jobs by 2024.

A proposed industrial park

On 24 August 2021, RBC reported Russian Glass Company's proposal for a fifteen-hectare industrial park in Dinskoy district. Production director Alexey Demenko said the site had been identified and formation of the park depended on signing agreements with companies already in preliminary discussions. He named Ischebeck Titan and the glass company as prospective production occupants, and Fix Price as a prospective logistics occupant. Demenko described shared infrastructure and utilities, existing electricity and gas capacity, and road access to the Don highway. Two plots, of four and 1.3 hectares, remained available for potential residents.

The regional industrial investment portfolio

RBC's 25 December 2024 report put Krasnodar territory's investment portfolio at four trillion roubles, citing the regional administration. Its 550 projects were expected to create 112,000 jobs. Ruppel reported 702.9 billion roubles invested in the regional economy during the first three quarters; investment exceeding one trillion for the full year was a forecast conditional on maintaining that pace. He said industry had moved ahead of energy and construction in the portfolio. Thirty-five industrial investment projects worth 1.2 trillion roubles were actively being implemented. These were regional figures covering projects beyond the Dinskoy complex.
